Everything on the board is organic. That is the whole idea.
Espresso and filter roasted by Pedron Caffè. Cyprus coffee ground the traditional way. Sideritis mountain tea, cistus and lemon balm from the island itself.
Sweetened with date syrup, honey or maple — never refined sugar. Sit in with a ceramic cup, or take it with you in the clear one.

The espresso and filter beans come from Pedron, roasted organic. The Cyprus coffee is organic as well, ground fine and brewed the traditional way.
Sideritis mountain tea, cistus, lemon balm, spearmint, calendula. The herbal menu grows here — it is not flown in to look local.
Every drink is built when you ask for it, from organic ingredients. Nothing waits in a jug behind the counter.
Date syrup, honey or maple instead of refined sugar. It is the reason the date latte tastes of dates and Ceylon cinnamon rather than of sweetener.
The room
One grinder for the house espresso, a second for whatever is on filter, and a cold case for the drinks that live in bottles. The three menu boards hang framed on the wall — the same ones the prices on this page come from.
